This is a neat artwork of the large avian Pokémon Yveltal by mark331. The bird is depicted with its wings and tail fully extended and its head pushed  forward with piercing blue eyes. It’s  red underside and grey ruff make it look all the more menacing. The lighting and colours have been done very well.

A beautiful artwork of umbreon by falvie. The markings actually look like they glow and detailing on the fur and eyes has been done well. The artwork itself looks pretty realistic.

This is a very cute artwork of Squirtle by mark331 showing him sitting on the porch and enjoying the warm sunshine. The shading, textures as well as Squirtle’s expressions are all very nice.

Pokemon adventure by sixth leaf clover. This artwork apparently depicts a scene from the game Pokémon mystery dungeon. The artwork has a magical feel to it.

This artwork by Belldia shows Pikachu looking quite happy to be on the grass with windmills in the background and a clear blue sky dotted with clouds. Looking at this artwork reminds me of a time when animals were free to roam about and enjoy our planet’s resources before humans started destroying their habitat and caging them.

This artwork by Haychel shows Lucario doing Taichi. The shadows, posing and clouds in the background have all been done exceptionally well.

A cool artwork of poliwag standing on a rock by Joshua Dunlop. The eyes in particular look pretty realistic and her exterior looks quite glossy and is sort of like a shell.

This artwork by bureika features, red, pikachu, blastoise, venasaur and charizard looking like they are ready to attack. The lightning streaks from Pikachu extending towards the other characters add a very nice effect to the artwork.

This artwork by XiaoBotong shows great depth  and motion with good amount of detail and some neat textures as well.  The anatomy, facial features and clothing have been done  exceptionally well.

This artwork by  scent melted features beautiful textures and lighting effects and a good blend of colours. Ken can be seen here leaning against a wall, striking a really cool pose and looking intently.

This artwork by Sh0tisha Shows Uta with a cool hairdo, a tattoo and pendant on his neck, a loose fitting jacket and his fingers pointing to his head.  What can we say, it’s a beautiful piece of work.

Broadcast: An Led T-Shirt That Lets You Customize The Message

Broadcast, a wearable company based in India has just launched their LED-based T-shirts that allow you to customize and change any message on the shirt with the accompanying app. The app can be used to display text as well as shapes. The T-shirt is fitted with an LED panel that connects to a Bluetooth chip and a battery. You can also use the broadcast logo on the shirt to swipe through your different designs.
Customisation options include a round neck or collar T-shirt, LED panel on the front or back and of course sizes and colours.

Apart from your own personal use,  companies can also use these T-shirts for promotions. For example broadcast says that companies can display a live Twitter feed on the T-shirts or even use the API to have a specific content display on all the employees T-shirts.
Two other unique features include an ad platform that lets you use the T-shirt as adspace and earn money from it and also a gameplay option which lets a person use a smartphone as a controller and a friends T-shirt as a display screen.

The t-shirt has to be hand washed, and the battery has a life of around 4 hours and charges via a USB cable.


In Living Colors: A T-Shirt Project By Natalia Prutski

In Living colors are a series of t-shirts by Natalia Prutski and artist Yuri Kabanetz.
The T-shirts feature animal designs in vibrant colors and the T-shirts themselves come in grey and charcoal colour. It is a unisex style and sizes range from xs to 3xl.
The T-shirts are 60% cotton and 40% polyester. They currently have a $1000 goal on kickstarter with 10 days to go. The T-shirt prints featured are tiger, wolf, elephant and whale.

A Look At The Nintendo Comics System And Adventure Comics

The Nintendo comics system consisted of a number of comic books featuring Mario as well as other characters from the video games such as Zelda, Captain N and Samus Aran from Metroid. Captain N is based on the cartoon show and Zelda of course based on the Zelda series of video games.  Samus Aran is featured in the Captain N comic books and and doesn’t have his own book.

Under the comics system series, there were four editions of super Mario bros, four editions of Captain N and also a series called adventures of the Super Mario Bros. In the Super Mario Series apart from Mario, the books also featured Luigi, Princess Toadstool, Toad and Bowser, the leader of the Koopa race. The Super Mario Bros series is based on the three games released on the Nintendo Entertainment System.

The Game Boy comic books were also based on Mario and featured a character by the name of Tatanga who could easily hypnotise people into doing his dirty work.

Apart from the comics system, Nintendo adventure books were also published. These books were also based on the video game characters and the reader makes decisions that change the end result of the book. Out of these 12 books only two are about Zelda and the rest are Mario books. The books also feature puzzles and a scoring system.
The books were published by Valiant comics which eventually went out of business and was acquired by Acclaim entertainment.
